The Return of the Light Art Show at Ray-Cam. New dates! Friday June 6th to Sunday June 8th. Closing reception on Friday June 6th from 6pm to 8pm. Contact Diane Fairfield at 604.676.0412 for more information. Submissions wanted from artists of all ages! To be part of the show submit your art at the Ray-Cam Community Centre Office or at Britannia Community Centre Office. The submissions deadline is May 26th, 2008.
Spring Break is from March 17 - March 25. The centre will be opened 9:00-6:00pm. No evening programs. All regular programs are cancelled for the week and will resume regular program and hours starting Wed, March 26.

Chinese New Year's Festival
Feb 3rd 12 noon - 4 pm
On Sunday February 3rd from 12 noon to 4pm we are having a Chinese New Years Festival in partnership with Crystal Yee and the Strathcona Business Inprovement Association. Tickets by donation. Everyone welcome.

Ray-Cam will be closed on November 12 2007 for Remembrance Day
October 11 2007 Ray-Cam Cooperative Centre is now open following the City strike. We are currently in the process of scheduling our programs & updating our website as well as producing a printed program. Regular programs will resume within the next two weeks. Please call and confirm all programs before coming to the centre.

January 2006 -- Congratulations to the Ray-Cam Youth Team for receiving the first annual City of Vancouver Youth Recognition Event.
The City of Vancouver Youth Award is awarded to the youth team for their positive contributions to the youth of Vancouver.
Sports Opportunities for East Vancouver Kids
Winter 2006 -- Ray-Cam and several other community organizations in East Vancouver are involved in a strategic initiative to provide access to all children regardless of social, economic background. To date, over 2500 children have been involved in soccer, basketball, flag football and Ultimate.
